Well, isn’t it hard to believe the summer has almost come to a close and autumn awaits just around the corner with her beautiful golden and orange hues and gentleness… I LOVE AUTUMN and all that it brings and I am excited to bring you some gentle-paced walks and hikes to ease us all into the darker, slower months…

I have three mystery hikes for you in September, one on the beautiful North Coast and two in the Mourne Mountains, including a midweek wander. These are created to allow you to relax, enjoy moving in nature and to be guided and looked after by me – there will be no summits to reach, just lovely, chilled-out meandering in the wild. There will be church ruins, a beach campfire, waterfalls and lots of food, so why not join me for some gentle exploring and adventure, meet other women and spend some time enjoying what our great country has on offer.
